Insect Control in southern Utah
Beyond ants and spiders, St. George homes deal with bark scorpions in block walls and rock beds, roaches in sewers and damp spots, crickets and millipedes that surge after monsoon storms, and earwigs and silverfish looking for moisture. We treat the places they hide and the gaps they use to get in, and keep a seasonal barrier around your home so the everyday bug pressure stays outdoors.

Insect Control questions, answered
Still curious about something? Call us any time, we're happy to talk it through, no pressure.
What does insect control include?
Every visit covers: perimeter, foundation, and block wall treatment; targeted treatment of cracks and hiding spots; sealing of entry points around doors and weep gaps; timing built around heat, monsoon, and cool-season surges.
Is insect control right for my property?
It's the right fit for: homes seeing scorpions in the garage or house; roaches in kitchens, bathrooms, or drains; cricket and millipede invasions after storms; homes that want broad, year-round coverage. Not sure? Call (435) 900-8529 and we'll give you an honest answer, even if that answer is "you don't need us."
Do I need a recurring plan, or can I get a one-time visit?
Either. Recurring plans keep a protective barrier up year-round and include free re-treats between visits, but if you just want the problem in front of you handled, we do one-time treatments with no obligation.
How fast can you come out?
Usually the same day. If you call before noon, we'll do everything we can to have a technician at your door that afternoon. If not, we can almost always get you on the schedule within a day or two.
What if the pests come back after treatment?
If pests come back between your scheduled visits, we come back too, and we re-treat at no charge. There's no trip fee, no extra invoice, and no back-and-forth about it.
